finally another blog

Finally i find the time, or shd i say, erm.. pushed my laziness aside to blog!!

School has started and thou i told myself that i shd revise my work on a daily basis, i'm not doing so!! lol.. and now? i have problems catching up with what was taught!! help!!!!

Today's a tiring day. lessons in the morning, followed by homework with my group mates( trevis, bernard and jerome). They are very helpful indeed! i'm like an idiot asking loads of questions with loads of question marks but they somehow still manages to teach me. Thereafter, i went for my ippt at maju. omg.. now i know the vast diff if i stop wokring out. i'll lose not only my muscles, being a stick! but also my stamina!!! just 2 months of no running and workouts, my timing has dropped to an alarming 11min 33 secs!!! and its been years since i ran more than 11 mins!! my jump has been unsuccessful either. lots of jump and i'm not crossing 230. lol.. and to think i'd been jumping at least 239 in the past. maybe that is due to my wearing off of my running shoe which has been serving me for like 3 years also.. lol.. and i saw 2 of my friends there too!! pure coincidence. one my sec sch junior and the other my NCC course mate. of course, i changed my shoe with one of their friends and manages a 234 jump. lol.. thats enough for me now, considering i had injured my back again in the earlier jump. wow!!! lastly, a basketball game with jeremy and wen at cck. and i'm dead super tired!! no more energy to do stunts and all the runnings are no longer of any standard for the game.

my back and knee is hurting now!!! but i promise to do my weekly runs and work out to keep my fitness level up again!!!

oh ya!!! i'm starting to learn my japanese again after i got to know more japanese friends. we had outings like bbq and of course a eat out at geylang!! we had bak kut teh, you tiao da wang and hehe... bringing most of them to have my fav fruit!! DURIAN.. lol.. some love it thou but not one of the gal who's like so afraid to put that expensive stuff into her mouth!! lol...

valentine's coming and it will be a lonely one for me this year.
